REFUND POLICY

inkasweaters.com has the authority to decline return requests for items sent beyond a specific time frame or in a state that differs from their original shipped condition. If you want to return multiple items—even those from separate orders—you can pack them together in a single box. A key point: all return forms must be included. Without these forms, refunds cannot be processed properly.​

inkasweaters.com only accepts returns of original products that are in their original packaging and remain undamaged.​

Once we receive your return in good condition, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and associated with the email address you provided. It should be noted that credit card refunds are always dependent on the credit card issuer, and returns and refunds might take a bit longer than usual.​
